Over a decade of experience in the digital and IT industries. During my career I had the opportunity to lead large projects, communities of practice, then functional teams of various scopes, sizes, and jobs. I am familiar with back-end and front-end challenges: development cycles, usability, solution design, maintenance, deployment... Between managing projects and managing people, my preference is for the latter, as I believe that the human factor is one of the most important value of a company.
