HR Informatic Systems Manager – 500 Employees on site - Italy Valeo Trasmissioni – Automotive Supplier / Plant and R&D center (Mondovi)
Main activities: • HRIS databases management (PeopleSoft / Improvement Proposals) • Management of the Internal Communication Supports (internal website, newspapers, challenges…) • Training Programs follow-up (mainly the e-learnings) • Implement systems, metrics, processes and initiatives to build a performance driven organization • Prevention and follow up of the Safety and Ergonomics issues (Visual Instructions defined for more than 50 Productive Lines / Safety problems identification and follow-up)
