Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Section Manager: Manager of IT/MES group (25 persons within 3 teams - MES, ECN & PCSA)
- Operational support and maintenance of MES and central applications.
- Functional and technical specifications management, model and configuration management, change management.
- ITIL processes and procedures for support, projects coordination and maintenance of IT/MES solutions.
- Lead of sub-contractors team (Service Center, TMA or Outsourcing).
- Supervision of IT projects setup with internal resources and external suppliers.
- Setup of software releases and large migration deployment in production with minimum downtime for the Fab.
- People management, performance appraisal, people review, objectives definition, conflicts managements, negotiation.
