With a team of up to 5 developers, I had to : • create maintain the roadmap, • arbitrate/prioritize features from sprint to sprint • create/validate the user stories as a proxy product owner • animate all the ceremonies according to the Scrum methodology • keep the communication between all the teams in the company (scrum of scrum) • assure the quality of the product from one release to another
