  • • To provide operational leadership to the Trust and to take responsibility for its management, administration and financial control on a day-to-day basis as required by the CEO.
  • • To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the values of the Trust.
  • • Ensuring that the board’s long-term strategy is communicated to and adhered to by all staff in the Trust.
  • • Working closely with the chair of the Finance Committee and being responsible to the CEO for the overall financial health of the Trust.
