ANALYSIS – Performed marketing economic analysis, customer “price sensitivity”, and developed detailed models development to forecast customer margins and competitive costs.

SALES – Small customer responsibility for North American Acetyls products (commodity chemicals) with key product management of Methanol sales and pricing. Sales oversight for $50MM/yr revenue.

1999 to 2005
IMPACT – Mothball enabled company to achieve more than $12MM in increased EBITDA. Production & Black Belt work contributed $3MM in increased profit from January 2005 to September 2005.
BLACK BELT – Identified and implemented statistical process/projects resulting in more than $3MM, realize over a 6 months.
Adhesive Sales Engineer
1995 to 1997
Worked closely with customer management and engineering to develop alternative production methods and provide economic payback analysis.
Training – Served as regional trainer for customers and distributors focused on designing with adhesives, anticipating performance and proper use.
1992 to 1995
MANAGE – Managed a five-state sales region, including direct customers and strategic distributors. Managed and drove strategic sales marketing campaigns.
