I'm an Industrial engineer with a Specialization in Project Management currently doing an MBA at Grenoble École de Management specializing in Global Management. I have considerable experience in the Manufacturing Industry focusing on Process Improvement, Project Management, with an excellent capacity for information gathering, analysis, and recommendations formulation.
In the Process Manufacturing industry I've focused on the Purchase Planning, Production Planning, Quality and Production specific processes with emphasis in the costing process attached vertically to the previous.
I have strong interpersonal skills, I consider myself a very open and honest person, passionate for what I do also highly imaginative person who needs to be constantly challenged and with a high intellectual curiosity.

- As a functional consultant I facilitated the successful completion of over 10 Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation projects, in various Industries mainly Manufacturing.
- Successfully gathered and performed fit gap analysis and formulated improvement recommendations for the main 5 manufacturing processes Purchases Planning, Production Planning, Production, Quality and Costing. Allowing a successful implementation of Oracle with very positive reviews from the customer.
- In the telecommunications industry implementation, I led the customer care initiative for the project successfully handling more than 200 Service Requests, negotiating client and technical service expectations.
- Successful adaptation of the Oracle Unified Methodology for Project Implementation in Alpina Productos Alimenticios. Creating more than 700 procedures to be followed for each company process And over 200 documental templates for project deliverables.

- Preparation of the document “Evaluation of some of the innovation and technological development policies and adjustment recommendations in answer to the strategies posed in the Vision 2019 documents. Innovation and competition policy, and Internal government Agenda.”
- This document was commissioned by the World Bank, to Colombia's national planning and has become a reference for innovation and development policy making in Colombia.
- I did all the research for the 12 Production clusters in Colombia and prepared a report stating the status of the clusters, their capabilities of innovation and the effectiveness of government investment in them. This through the formulation of an econometrical model that measured the level of investment and the effect of this investment in actual research capabilities.
