  • WTMS -> WTMS is a work transfer management system of Boeing. It is a web-based workflow management system that facilitates and tracks work transfer business case proposals in accordance with PRO-1975. Based on the type of proposal, WTMS defines a fixed sequence of tasks required to complete the business case analysis. A project manager is assigned for each work transfer proposal and access to the system is role-based. It tracks all transfer activities and gives clear visibility to management on a proposed work transfer.
