- Guarantor of the service rendered, definition of the associated performance criteria, and creation of Dashboards relating to the services within its scope
- Propose the best solutions to meet the needs of the Branches.
- End-to-end service management for services from RUN (studies, projects or upgrades) through to support.
- Management of the activity backlog and definition of priorities
- Participate in budget construction and monitoring, as well as in the creation and maintenance of PSOs (Product Service Offers) proposed to customers.
- Crisis/problem management until nominal service restoration.
- Management of technical perimeter upgrades to meet current and future customer needs, and integrate new features or technological constraints.
- Assisting project leaders in specifying their needs, and preparing arbitration to ensure overall consistency at Company level, while taking into account the context of the Branches and Subsidiaries.
- Preparation of pre-project files to launch projects and steering filesIndustrialization of solutions to optimize operating costs.
- Coordination and management of operational activities (incidents, problems, service requests) and engineering activities (N3 support, requests for studies and upgrades), in compliance with current methodologies (AGILE) and safety constraints, while striving for quality and optimizing costs defined in agreement with the various project owners.
- Manage relations with the various parties involved (operator, support, project management, architecture, training, communication, etc.) within the scope of the actions to be carried out.
- Manage relations with suppliers and editors, supervise services, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Participate in building the roadmap for Master Vision services and technical components.Manage the obsolescence of VISION applications and tools, as well as the upgrading or decommissioning of components.
- Management of the pilot user population for continuous delivery
- Manage cross-functional projects and activities, taking account of costs, deadlines and quality.
