Working on Kaombo SURF, a mega Subsea project, valued at US$3.5 billion. Technip and its strategic partner, Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC), were awarded this major project by Total E&P Angola in April 2014 for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation (EPCI) and pre-commissioning.
To better monitor this project, a “Command Center” was established. Using visual management, key performance indicators are created and displayed in the Command Center to better communicate project status and align priorities across different operating centers.
• Command Center maintenance & development • Coordinate the development & update of project key performance indicators (KPI): tools creation to follow-up deliverables • Assist project managers in meeting preparation and facilitate management meetings • Help management to produce monthly dashboards, presentations for various meetings
