I managed a team of very talented and sympathetics nerds
I wrote a huge project file of too many pages which have been never read
Too many paperwork, attending endless meetings ...
I gave psychological support to the team members to avoid suicides after too many problems with scripts on Unity
I learned how to become definitely a sleepwalker.
