Lead the executive technical department (50-staff members) for the acquisition of fuel trucks & fuel handling equipments on behalf of armed forces, including maintenance, documentation and spare parts with a yearly 12 MEUR budget. In particular develop Statements of Work, perform technical appraisal of bids, manage projects delivery and budget execution.
Liaise with defense customers, central directorate and procurement office in the framework of projects' preparation, call for bids, contracts' awarding, and related execution.

Led 8 major projects, e.g. 32 versatile refueling trucks (8.5 MEUR) and 70 fuel tank semi-trailers (5.5 MEUR)
Built trust and collaborative relationships with Defense customers, Industry and vendors.
Prepared the first global 5-years maintenance contract for fire extinguishers (# 10000 pieces, # 100k€/year)
Supervised specific fleets' mid-life refit plans in coordination with the off-site subordinate maintenance workshop (e.g. air transportable refuellers)
Chaired the Committee on Safety, Hygiene and Health protection at Work (regrouping on-site/off site staff representatives)
Managed, in coordination with an auditing company, the Ministry of Defense mobile petroleum assets valuation
