Detailed Description
Led strategic planning and implementation of supply chain to emerging operations in Africa including rapid deployment of assets and personnel - For instance managed fuel support to French military operation in Mali (Jan 2013) : 120 staff, 60 vehicles, 3000 cbm bladders storage capacity deployed.
Overseas staff assistance visits to help in solving issues (Afghanistan, Africa).
Drove continuous adaptation of supply chain & related resources to customers requirements, e.g. in 2014 as part of the reorganisation of the French forces in Sahel.
Laid foundations and developed in the framework of NATO Smart Defense initiative an innovative multinational fuel support capability concept to military operations, based on assets pooling & sharing, integrated command structure and training development. Led planning of 2 experimental deployments in Slovakia (2013) and Spain (2015).
Regular lecturer at NATO school Oberammergau - Germany (English-language courses to multinational auditors on petroleum logistics in difficult places, product quality issues, fuel handling equipments)
