Infrastructures Technologiques Québec manage the network of the government of Quebec. This network offers a wide range of services based on high-speed optical fiber covering almost all of Quebec. It ensures high-performance, scalable, secure and robust connectivity. It allows, in particular, the pooling and sharing of government application services for all public bodies. My main role is to:
Develop new telecommunications services and maintain the evolution of existing services.
Advise and provide technical and economic expertise to clients in the field of data transmission.
Contribute to the operation and evolution of the management framework of Réseau Intégré de Télécommunication Multimédia (RITM).
Assist in writing the tender including the technical specifications for point-to-point services (dark fiber, illuminated fiber and Ethernet link), DNS, SD-WAN, cloud, firewall, Wi-Fi and internet.
Analyze the pricing grid for new services in conjunction with the market.
Develop feasibility study and data sheet for new services
Enhance the Wi-Fi service by implementing new functionalities using Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
Prepare and validate technical proposals according to the client requirements.
Prepare proposal submission to confirm technical feasibility and associated costs.
Detect performance abnormalities by analyzing capacity management reports and configurations.
Assist in writing and in validation of service offerings, billing solutions, business procedure document, installation guide and architecture guide.
