    Migrated the IT infrastructure of the Irish entity CACI to the Credit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform CA-GIP). Coordinated the transition on the days of the migration between the Irish historical CACI network and the French CAGIP one including the migration of 1.6 tera of data.
  • Held the Regular Verification in Service period (VSR) post migration daily for 30 days: all post-implementation production issues were captured, affected and monitored by the project management team to ensure a fast paced resolution
  • Organised post migration Task force to resolve production issues and work on enhancement of processes based on our experience
  • Managed written and verbal internal communication to Credit Agricole Assurance Group and CACI Dublin & Milan at Director and Employees’ level during all steps of the project life cycle
