-Bankruptcy: management’s liability (liaising with district attorney and liquidator), fraudulent conversion of assets, claim declarations, appointment of creditors as controllers, petition to establish ownership of assets held by the debtor.
-Competition law: unfair competition, counterfeiting, non-competition clauses, illegal poaching of employees/clients.
-Banking law: financial lease, bank’s liability (eg. obligation to advise on investments in derivative products, employees’ fraud...).
(iii) Labor Law :
Full assistance and defense of companies, CEO/managers and employees.
(iv) Professional law : "Be. LEGAL Lawyers of the Lawyers and of the members of other regulated professions".
Specific expertise in assisting and defending lawyers, attorneys, solicitors, bailiffs, notaries, doctors and accountants before common and professional jurisdictions (Bar Association, Medical Association, Chamber of Notaries…).
Leading any kind of proceedings (summary, on the merits, court-ordered appraisal…) before courts of all levels including courts of arbitration, from the prelitigation stage to the enforcement of decisions or out-of-court settlements.
Specialties: Development and implementation of judicial and/or extrajudicial strategies.
