Scrum Master at Airbus
Working closely with my team I try my best to
Ensure the great using, understanding and applying of Scrum Framework and SAFe.
Assist my Product Owner in writing and keeping alive the Product Backlog.
Animate ceremonies like Problem solving workshop, Inspect and Adapt, PI planning, DSTUM
Manage artefacts in close collaboration with Product Owners and Product managers.
Reduce/remove impediments to keep my team 100% focused on his work.
Whatever I can do that free time or concentration for the team I do.
Help new Scrum Master via shadowing.
Integration of remote team into the SAFe landscape.
During summer, I am the back-up of the RTE on Skywise (Airbus Digital project).
Then I have to
Continue my Scrum Master activities
Participate to the Solution synchronizations points (All the RTE and the STE)
Animate grooming, swag session for the next PI planning incoming at train level
Prepare the logistic for the PI planning
Animate the train ceremonies like ART sync, SoS, CoPrac
Support the trio (Sys. Archi, PM and RTE)
Ensure the good alignement of all the team on the PI objectives of the train
The scaling of agility and supporting Airbus into it's transformation is a really big and exciting challenge!
