Managed collaborations and rebate deals on CEP brands with key Swedish pharmacy chains, valued 35 MSEK. Single-handedly brought in and established a deal with an additional, new pharmacy chain. Refined and streamlined processes for rebate deal revisions and contributed to the development of a PT tracker tool. Provided ad hoc support to Senior Finance Partner and Therapy Area Leads in generating sales reports and data.
Simultaneously served as a project manager for a carbon footprint project and led the implementation of GSK’s respiratory environmental objective. Contributed to defining the strategy for engagement with regional political, environmental, and clinical stakeholders. Lobbied to drive substitution of inhaled medications to reduce carbon emissions by >90% per patient. Coordinated activities like regional round table discussions and opinion articles to support advocacy. Managed contact with external PR agencies for producing project materials.
Efforts with the carbon footprint project were rewarded with a GSK Silver Award in August 2019.
Worked with a team of 10 to identify export and trade opportunities for Swedish companies seeking to establish and enter the MENA region, in the healthcare and retail sectors.
Conducted market research and partner searches, preparing materials for and engaging in sales dialogues with clients.
Analyzed and identified strategies for public sector stakeholders in Swedish global health.
Responsible for logistical arrangements and assisting with hosting international seminars, including producing materials, writing reports and grant proposals to secure funding.
