As a true ambassador for all Logista France Group entities, I design and implement impactful internal and external communication strategies. My ambition as Group Communications Manager is to foster understanding and alignment around the Group’s strategy, enhance visibility, share knowledge and best practices, and strengthen employee engagement and sense of belonging.
Internal Communication
Define and implement the internal and managerial communication strategy
Design and produce communication materials (newsletters, business news, etc.)
Support project teams in defining and executing their communication strategies
Assist HR teams (recruitment, employer branding, training, EH&S, etc.) in rolling out their initiatives
Organize internal events (annual convention, seminars, plenary sessions, etc.)
Manage and update the Group intranet
External Communication
Define and implement the external communication strategy
