I lead and manage a technical team of 10 software engineers. We own the technical core foundation of Manomano's marketplace which is a universal web app based on react library and next.js ssr framework, the digital assets management platform of the company and a back-office generator tools suit.
I support the dozen or so teams in my scope by proposing technical solutions and helping the Product to define the roadmap for the next quarters. During this period I helped these teams to migrate from a monolithic architecture to a microservice one. I participated in the implementation of a solution to redesign the marketplace website while maintaining 2 versions seamlessly for visitors. I am working on the definition of the target architecture based on the Domain Driven Design pattern. I write technical guidelines.
