- I'm who lead e-learning training for the Group. HC: +7,000, Mexico and Chile (Shared Services, Retail Staff, Brand Management & Admin CEDIS).
- Align instructional design "in house" and for e-learning providers (videos, infographics, scorm, guides, etc ...)
- LMS, Moodle & LXP administration
- Develop microlearning strategies & Ensure the learning experiences (in situ, e-learning, ILT)
- Learning Apps and Suites 2.0 (Articulate Suite, Kahoo It, Genially, Canvas, Filmora).
- Management, design and production of e-learning courses for the Group. (+100 contents)
- Data analysis to align the KPI of the Training area and for the Group.
- Coordination of Growth Programs.
- Management and execution of performance evaluations to retail staff.
- Develop and implementation of training programmes according to needs arrays.
