Job Function:
Supervision, Monitoring and Manage of the contractor’s inspectors in inspecting all mechanical aspects of the projects.
Monitor and supervise the activities and work of Inspectors to ensure that all work within a specific area of the inspection activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Oversee inspection of pressure vessel, piping & steel structural pre‐ fabrication and installation activities conducted at contractors / sub‐ contractors facilities and at site.
Assist in piping & structural material receiving inspections at site and review original material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications where required.
Ensure traceability is maintained for the fabricated part as stated in the project specifications.
Monitor and ensure the inspections are carried out to the required levels as mentioned in the ITPs.
Ensure effective execution of inspection schedules of the assigned unit in line with the overall inspection plans. Identify material/equipment required for the planned inspection
