With over 26 years of extensive experience in Project Quality Management, I have elevated my expertise across FEED, Construction & Installation projects, particularly in roles such as Deputy QC Manager, Sr. Inspection Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, QC Welding Engineer & QC Inspectors. My proficiency spans across the Oil and Gas sector, Petrochemical plants, Refinery projects & Power/Energy projects, ensuring adherence to Specifications / Requirements, ISO standards and promoting improvements within managing, monitoring and inspection frameworks.

Welding Engineer
- Well conversant with International codes like ASME sec IX, sec V, sec II C, B31.1, B31.3, AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, API 650
- Welding of materials Carbon steel, Low temperature carbon steel and Austenitic Stainless steel, Duplex SS and Super Duplex SS
- Well conversant with NDE methods like Radiograph Test, Ultra Sonic Test, Penetrant Test, MT
- Well conversant with Testing of Material such as Tensile & Yield Strenght Test, Impact Test, Macro etch Test and Hardness Test.
QA/QC Supervisory
- Verification of compliance to applicable Process Control Specification & Control Plan
- To direct and coordinate technical personnel in performing inspections to ensure the workers compliance with established Assembly instruction, Process Control Specification and Control Plan
- Contacts personnel of other agencies, Engineering or Client to exchange ideas, information or offer technical advice concerning process matters
- Drive improvement project to increase Productivity, Process capability & Quality improvement
- Plan and Carry out Production under Controlled Condition and for Direct Liaise to Customer and Supplier, Monitor Quality Improvement
