Roles and Responsibilities: √ Preparing Dock Trial & Sea Trial Procedures. √ Preparing Inspection Test Plans. √ Checking welding documentations and approval compliance; e. g: WPS, PQR and Material Release Check Sheet. √ Preparation of inspection report. √ Recording of plate (material) documentations. √ Performing welding fit up, scantling, vacuum, air, hose, dye penetrates tests as well as other visual inspection. √ Performing piping visual, routing and pressure tests. √ Reviewing RI film & other NDT Reports. √ Reviewing of Shaft & Propulsion System alignment. √ Conducting Lightship Experiment & Survey. √ Collating documentations for MDR submissions.
