After the installation of new technologies and software somebody has to explain the new situation for internal or external communication and collaboration. Somebody has to train the people confronted with changes at the working place. Very often E-learning is part of a blended learning concept integrating new technologies. Somebody has to develop this concept. Somebody has to transform this into precise knowledge, information and learning materials.
