Technical and financial leading of 7 urban development operations (ZAC, ZRHI, PRU, private operation, mandate).
Launch and follow-up of urban, social and technical studies (geometer, geotechnics, soil pollution, etc.), of road and network work, of regulatory and financing files.
Land ownership, negotiation with the owner until the transfer.
Supervision of subcontractors and project team .
