Présentation
PhD in Human Transmissible and Tropical Diseases, I am highly interested in the analysis of mechanisms involved in host-pathogen interactions but also drug therapy to cure infections.
I lead two projects about new therapeutic approach for severe malaria (precisely : cerebral malaria). With different skills in molecular and cellular biology animal experimentation acquired in various institutes such as Pasteur , Cochin or René Descartes University of Medecine, I have developed a real sense for human relationships. Rigorous and precise on my job, I appreciate scientifics exchanges such as laboratory meetings or work presentation.

Speciality : DNA extraction, RT-PCR, PCR, construction of vectors, DNA chips, transfection, transfection, electroporation, parasites cultured in vitro & in vivo, immunodetection (Western blot, ELISA), cell fractionation, co-immunoprecipitation, pull down, protein expression in bacteria and purification of proteins, cytokine assay (Luminex ®), Clinical follow-up and behavioral rodents (mice), pharmacological dosage collection of parasites, parasitic assessments, dissections, Pack Office, Endnote, logiciel R, Tmev, DAVID online, Graph Pad, MikroWin, Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS5
