Horacio Guerra Marroquín is Mexican, born in 1975, with a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Edward's, in Austin, Tx. in United States.
In 1997, Horacio Guerra Marroquín convinced his father to help finance the acquisition of a used roll-off truck, with which he could offer a non-hazardous waste collection service to businesses and industries in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, founding the company Red Recolector.
In his beginnings and on several occasions, he himself managed the truck, getting his first customers soon.
The profits generated were re-invested immediately to buy a second truck, thus beginning a history of success in the solid waste management industry in Mexico.
