I am a computer science and IT engineer having over 10 years of extensive experience in working at an international and multicultural professional environment. I have an engineer’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science and information technologies from the national school of computer science (École nationale des sciences de l'informatique – E.N.S.I, University of la Manouba). Throughout my professional career, I've gained valuable hands-on experience that allowed me to enhance my competencies and to acquire more technical, functional and soft/life skills. I’ve learned to make progress despite huge challenges and to deal effectively with hard situations. Moreover, I’ve contributed to succeed projects and increased efficiency to improve team results. In spite of that, I’ve never stopped learning. This willingness to learn provided me practical ways and self-confidence besides my insights to achieve my goals and the company’s goals. As a business intelligence technical and functional expert of the group, my scope of actions extends over all the life cycle of a Business intelligence and reporting projects starting from gathering requirements, designing, modeling, developing and testing to sending deliverables and covering all business lines. Besides working within projects, my second assignment for those positions involves providing support to all the departments of the company, Internal users, managers, directors, projects committee, credit committee and responding to external entities reporting requests and regulatory states like (government institutions, African Banking Commission (COBAC), Financial Intelligence Unit responsible for monitoring ANIF, External Auditors ...).
