  • Responsible for testing all existing & new VF services/products, to ensure all requirements/experience are fully met & functioning properly
  •  Develop and design test scenarios based on the functional requirements
  •  Execute test procedures and update the test results
  •  Report, track, and retest defects
  •  Review customer requirements
  •  Act as wizards for the frontline during new launches
  •  Ensure availing the best experience across all touch points
  •  Ongoing testing for the existing products/services, to act as early indicators for any system glitches
  •  Consciously working on enhancing the current experience & provide ideas to cover the reported gaps
  •  Ensure two-way communications (Employees engaged, aware & connected)
  •  Create & enhance tools to facilitate the communication & make it more efficient
  •  Play a significant role in reducing the front line handling time hence our costs
  •  Proactively and creatively think of new methods to communicate internally with the operations with simplicity, trust and speed
