As part of the management team, my responsibilities varied during the project but my 2 main feats were: ► Working on Assassin's Creed Odyssey as production manager of the quest support team (transversal team including programmers, technical directors, and dev-testers). ► In charge of the Project Stream version of AC Odyssey, the first game using this technology that became Stadia (managed both technical, infrastructure and quality aspects)
Helped the regional entities of AXA in their digital projects. ► Staring with a "minimum viable product", built and tested with users quickly. ► Leading the transformation of those ideas into products following the Lean and Agile methodologies. As the "product owner", I was the interface between the business (in the entities and in the group) and the development team (in Barcelona).
