Experiences
  • As part of the partner engineering team, my responsibilities are to maintain the relationship with video game dev teams and help them to release their games on Stadia.
    ► Shipped 30 games in 2 years
► Managed and prioritized partners's feature requests with the product and Eng teams
  • Leaded a fourth of the team creating a new franchise: Immortals Fenyx Rising.
► In charge of a multidisciplinary (that's important to me) Team of about 70 persons in charge of the gameplay (fight, monsters, AI & progression).
► Also in charge of administrating production tools (Jira and other internal tools). One of my last opportunities to code.
  • As part of the management team, my responsibilities varied during the project but my 2 main feats were:
► Working on Assassin's Creed Odyssey as production manager of the quest support team (transversal team including programmers, technical directors, and dev-testers).
► In charge of the Project Stream version of AC Odyssey, the first game using this technology that became Stadia ☛ https://news.ubisoft.com/article/Ubisoft-and-Google-Partner-for-Project-Stream
  • Our small teamwork as an internal start-up for Bouygues Telecom developing proof of concepts of new products or services for the company. Depending on the project I was either the product owner, the project manager, the developer, the seller, only an advisory or all of that.
► During these 4 years, I worked on home automation, machine learning, data analysis, next-gen interfaces, IPTV, indoor geolocation, customer retention...
► I also helped in creating the Big Data lab of the company and registered two patents.
  • As a member of the Digital Agency, my mission was to help the regional entities of AXA in their digital projects.
► Staring with a "minimum viable product", built and tested with users quickly.
► Leading the transformation of those ideas into products following the Lean and Agile methodologies. As the "product owner", I was the interface between the business (in the entities and in the group) and the development team (in Barcelona).

I was particularly in charge of two projects:
► a mobile application called "Are you OK?" that looks after seniors and brings peace of mind to their families. ☛ https://www.axa.com/en/spotlight/story/innovating-for-the-elderly
► another application for Switzerland called "AXA Glass" which recently launched. ☛ https://www.axa.com/en/spotlight/story/start-in-how-to-innovate
