Led an intercultural team of 5 to identify, analyze and solve the 2 main problems faced by the start-up: user base growth and monetization of its services. Proposed a €7,000 short-term revenue opportunity and a series of long-term recommendations.

NGO, located in Ghana, which aims at supporting initiatives to improve the lives of the underprivileged communities in the Republic of Ghana. By leveraging their expertise in ICT education, they target sectors such as education and health care, to improve the quality of life of the people in the country.
