  • NGO, located in Ghana, which aims at supporting initiatives to improve the lives of the underprivileged communities in the Republic of Ghana. By leveraging their expertise in ICT education, they target sectors such as education and health care, to improve the quality of life of the people in the country.
  • Consulted over 1 year with my team, the founders of the NGO NASCO on how to digitalize the health-care sector of Ghana.
  • Narrowed down the scope of the project, analyzed the external environment and health-care sector of Ghana, co-designed solutions fitting the business model of the client.
