De formation Ingénieur Aéronautique, j' ai évolué vers un poste d'expert ATM et concept CNS/ATM dans un premier temps, souhaitant avoir une vison des enjeux et risques des affaires, je me suis tournée vers la fonction d' Assurance Qualité Programme et Auditeur Interne pour participer à l' amélioration continue des activités de ma direction. Aujourd'hui, je voudrais prendre une fonction Responsable Engineering dans le domaine Aéronautique ou Système d' Information ayant une bonne vision des activités Supports et Opérations.

Internal Auditor on TCS (processes: Acquisition, Engineering, Project, Bid, Supply Chain, Suppliers and Services) Define the adjustment of processes on matrix organisation with teams (multi-projects, multi-work packages, multi-site and multi activities)
Write/Follow-up the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) on Program (multi-projects)
Prepare/Participate the schedule with PM
Adjust the process to adequate with activities program
Prepare/participate to milestones reviews (Bid, Project, Engineering and Service)
Manage the quality activities on the program, organize the coordination meeting with QAMs WPM
Participate to the EAC meeting (workload, budget ....)
Participate/Follow-up to suppliers meeting , risk meeting
Follow the bid, project, engineering and service activities
Follow the technical and project dashboard, service level agreement (SLA) and operational level agreement (OLA) on program
Participate to writing of SOWs program.

Define the safety assurance activities from safety requirements ED-153 (ANS Software Safety Assurance) Adjust the process to adequate with program activities. Manage the quality activities on the program, organize the coordination meeting with QAMs WPM Monitor system engineering, software, safety and supplier processes, Participate to write of SOWs program (suppliers, engineering, and program). Write/Follow-up the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Verify the compliance and traceability of requirements. Participate in peer reviews of Management plans and engineering documents. Participate to allocation of specifications, workload and roadmap of the solution (engineering) and Ensure the interfaces between the configuration baselines and the product or system. Tracking milestones, schedule, metric, not-quality cost and development risk Participate to write the SOW with Co Suppliers to dispatch the activities. Contribute to the ISO Audit Plan as well as evidence collection/verification of artefacts used in CMMI appraisals.
