The Company: It belongs to the Electro Avionics Wiring and Avionic Equipment Repair industry. Customers are from Finmeccanica Group (Augusta Westland, Piaggio and Alenia Aermacchi). The Company follows the basic framework for job execution in Electro Avionics Wiring industrial environment which is project based .Being the link between the production and the administration I performed various roles before becoming Sales and Marketing Manager: I worked in the Warehouse and Production Divisions assisting Project Managers in the project execution until working in the Sales Department.
Main duties:
Worked in the warehouse division accountable for the collection of all the wiring components and in the production division as assistant supervisor, looking closely and knowing deeply the Wiring Supply Chain.
Responsible for the lead-time of wirings and the fixed electronic -pneumatic components.
Accountable for the purchase of the spare parts for fixing electronic -pneumatic components.
Worked in the sales area dealing with invoices and freight bills.
