Context Social Data Reporting Module - Maintenance and Enhancement of data collection tool. During the Campaign phase, the main activity is Technical support. Outside of the campaign phase, project definition, budgeting, planning and implementation of tool enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of support activities and oversight of ticket resolution to ensure smooth operations
Liaison role for explaining and clarifying business processes to various stakeholders
Strategic support during key campaign phases to align processes with project goals
Collaboration on data extraction and validation to support informed decision-making
Facilitation of issue resolution by identification and coordination of fixes for system bugs
Identification of opportunities for tool enhancements, definition of project scope, estimation of effort and costs, and oversight of implementation phases
Writing of comprehensive functional and technical documentation to support project transparency and knowledge sharing
Contribution to ongoing tool improvements and maintenance to enhance user experience
Streamlining and optimization of workflows to increase operational efficiency
