- Context
Social Data Reporting Module - Maintenance and Enhancement of data collection tool.
During the Campaign phase, the main activity is Technical support.
Outside of the campaign phase, project definition, budgeting, planning and implementation of tool enhancements. - Responsibilities:
- Coordination of support activities and oversight of ticket resolution to ensure smooth operations
- Liaison role for explaining and clarifying business processes to various stakeholders
- Strategic support during key campaign phases to align processes with project goals
- Collaboration on data extraction and validation to support informed decision-making
- Facilitation of issue resolution by identification and coordination of fixes for system bugs

- Legal knowledge base (research and documentation): research and produce documents containing legal requirements for patent/utility models requirements in more than 40 countries.
- Legal knowledge base (production): translated the legal requirements into coding/algorithmic language of more than 40 countries, communicated on a weekly basis with IT team to find solutions to obstacles and improve processes.
