I am from a little old town called Pápa, Hungary which gave me the love and appreciation of peace and the closeness of nature. Some hours spent in the wide open place always make me ready to continue working hard on my everyday and distant goals. I enjoy being around people with an ispirational spirit and having fun while brainstorming and creating together.
I am responsible for managing four teams of Marketing, HR, Sales and Talent Management which operate in a matrix structure with another department. I was a member of the specific team which designed this structure and now I focus on change management and facilitating the adaptation process of my teams.

YBG is a nonprofit association based in Budapest, Hungary with the aim of creating a strong and valuable university students' community of the region. Since its foundation in 2017 we have been working with more than 1000 university students from various disciplines and at multiple universities. We are dedicated to find and develop the future's talent by building a bridge between the university studies and practical experience with the support of partner companies and institutions.
