I am from a little old town called Pápa, Hungary which gave me the love and appreciation of peace and the closeness of nature. Some hours spent in the wide open place always make me ready to continue working hard on my everyday and distant goals. I enjoy being around people with an ispirational spirit and having fun while brainstorming and creating together.
I am responsible for managing four teams of Marketing, HR, Sales and Talent Management which operate in a matrix structure with another department. I was a member of the specific team which designed this structure and now I focus on change management and facilitating the adaptation process of my teams.

Being responsible for talent management in the association with 500 members that time ment coordinating a Talent Program in nine student organisations with different subjects. It was my 5-member team's task to structure and develop the programs based on the students' needs and keep in touch with business partners and the program managers of the organisations.

During my internship I supported management consulting projects. I took part in interviews, in the process generating and workshop periods. I have learnt how to optimise and structure value-creating processes and about client-consultant relations.
