Shell secondee into Arrow Energy leading the Operations Readiness effort for the multi-billion Surat Gas Project consisting of 2500+ CSG wells and 16 compression trains.
Responsible for development of the operations & maintenance philosophy, operations & maintenance organisational design, operating expenditure estimate and frame a corporate transition towards remote operation from a centralised control room.

Shell Secondee into Arrow Energy responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance & integrity business processes in Arrow Energy, including inspection management.
Maintenance Lead for multi-billion Bowen Gas Project during FEED.

SPEX operates the Malampaya deep water gas-to-power project consisting of an offshore platform, onshore gas plant connected by a 500km subsea pipeline. Malampaya gas powers 40% of Luzon province (incl. Manila).
Responsible for the execution of all maintenance activities on the Malampaya assets, optimising facility reliability and production capacity. Managed a team of 40+ expatriate & local employees and contractors.
Reduced the backlog of overdue safety critical maintenance by 90%, returned PM compliance from 60% back to >98%,

Designed and commissioned data handoff for offshore fiscal metering system to onshore supervisory system. Designed and commissioned DCS Man Machine Interface incl. control loop functionality (control narratives).
Designed tie-in of new F&G system into existing F&G system without shutdown through extensive offshore surveys; avoided 7-days deferment.
