Achievements: Value demonstration in Airline of access to massive A/C data in a cross functional organisation (Double Airbus Group TOP awards). Instrumental in the launch of Skywise services, of the Connectivity House and of the Connected A/C Programme.
Scope: Internal team of 4 people, 4,5M€ yearly budget for R&T Skills: Innovation, Project Management, Communication with other functions (E, P, K), Communication with AIRBUS Group and other BUs Achievements: Identification of Airbus Long Term ambitions and associated roadmaps, Identification of game changer functionalities/technologies and launch of associated R&T projects. Consolidation of a cross program Data & Connectivity Strategy, and associated implementation (implementation on-going).
Scope: TCQP responsible, 65 000h for internal Airbus activity (65% subcontracted), 300 FTE indirect in supplier facilities Skills: Project Management, Communication with other functions (P, K), Supplier Management Achievements: Development of new differentiating navigation function (RNP), Delivery of mature navigation systems (ADIRU, Probes, ISIS, FMS, Radio Nav) to Airbus lab, meeting Airline & A350 Program needs and constraints
Scope: TCQP responsible, 16 000h for internal Airbus activity (50% subcontracted), 100 FTE indirect in supplier facilities Skills: Project Management, Communication with other functions (P, B), Supplier Management Achievements: Set up and manage Project during 3 years. Converge on technical civil/military baseline. Develop Military operation knowledge in the team for proper implementation. Select and manage a supplier for A400M and MRTT FMS
