-Participant in a team of 3 members in A.T. Kearney project named "Challenge Future- The Future of Work". We had detected a key issues and proposed a solution on how can Eastern Europe cope with developed west and cheap east. Our work led us to semifinal among 350 teams from all over the world. -After just 3 months, I was promoted from student in IBM to full time employee on a position with greater responsibility and closer to sales. -Resolved and presented to SEE Operations team a way how to use existing reports to overcome issues, related to linking up opportunities, during a process of reorganization at the beginning of 2015. As a result, the team managed to do their forecast in half the time. -Successfully supervised SEE Operations team for 2 weeks as a stand in for SEE Operations Leader. -Modified Country forecast and utilize new functions into Excel to get better perspective and view on open opportunities. Serbia and Slovenia are now using it too.
▪ Managing country forecast in order to have clear picture of opportunities in real time. This is accomplished through communication and cooperation with our Country Leader, sales team and business partners. As a result, we have very accurate and precise forecast. ▪ Creating presentations which are including different topics in area of sales and distribution, e.g. making of strategies, action plans, presenting results etc. Last presentation was held on the opening of IBM Summit 2015 in November, presented by Croatian Country Leader. ▪ Providing strong support by having adequate knowledge in Sales Connect with skills that allows me fast and effective support to my local sales team and business partners. For example, we have cleaned more than 20mil USD of pipeline in just 3 days. ▪ Participation in driving initiatives towards our existing and competitive accounts ▪ Build and maintain positive and stable link between Country Leader and sales team which can later be leveraged for quality delivery of different operation duties on time.

Graduate work on "Big Data in context of retail industry - challenges and predictions". Big Data is becoming one of the most important technology trends that has the potential for dramatically changing the way organizations use informations. This thesis work investigates all relevant sources to define Big Data and apply this knowledge in context of retail industry. Looking at Croatia, its retail market is negligible compared to the worlds market but BD would definitely have some sense in Konzum. Our simulation has shown that transformation from existing generic to personalized-centric model of customer interaction would give a massive boost to their consumption.

Charity events - participant in organizing 2 of them: “Together for kids, Karla & Ante” – gathered 3,310 USD and “Together for Ana” – gathered 2,600 USD
