• Delivered 50+ GenAI use cases, mainly RAG-based knowledge management, document automation and internal assistants. • Deployed a secured GPT environment adopted by 3,000 employees in 6 months, providing safe enterprise access to LLMs. • Rolled out a Generative AI platform used by 60 expert users for advanced prototyping and industrialization. • Reduced energy consumption by 10% in water plants and improved waste sorting quality through AI-driven optimization.
