Building the new Managed Services team and conceptualise its conduct;
identifing continuous improvement and service development opportunities for our Security Operation Center;
Ensuring the prioritisation and completion of mandates;
Overseeing the vulnerability management team and build a roadmap to ensure progression of the service offering of that practice;

Planning and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the Security Operation Center

Building each client's project and set the different mandates timeframes;
Coordinating the activities of the mandates accross all practices and teams;
Ensuring the deliverables are accomplished and delivered to the clients in accordance to the agreed upon timegrames;
Receiving and replying to different questions about cybersecurity issues and/or concerns from clients.

Identifying, planing and implementing technological and organisational changes;
Anticipating the impacts of those changes on the different departments, and ensuring the training;
Organizing the mandates and synchronising the tasks amongst all the implicated teams in order to ensure the mandate is achieved;
Maintaining the relationships with the multiple technological and strategic partners of the firm;
Monitoring the different solutions in place and maintaining them.

Ensurnig good function of the many informatic systems in operation and offering user support for them;
Gathering of the different teams needs in relation to enhancement or optimisation projects;
Accomplishing the acceptance test during project realisation and delivery.

Collaborating to the elaboration and the analysis of the users' and stakeholders', and providing recommandations to different departments in order to optimise the operations efficacies;
Planing and accomplishing acceptance tests, evaluating the results and recording them on the register;
Taking part in the diverse activities related to the implementation the enhancements;
Collaborating to the conceptualisation and the review of the administrative processes, and the training related to them;

Managing all the aspects of owning a small business (Recruiting, accounting, inventory and schedule management, etc.).

Managing the repairs to accomplish on the clients bicycles and building a schedule of the reparations to be done by the mechanics;
Enhancing the workflows and processes;
Managing the orders and the warranties.
