- Overseeing the French and English communication activity of Expat-blog.com, multilingual expatriate community website of 1,2M registered users.
- Monitoring the interaction of contributors and make decisions regarding content publications and direction of forum threads.
- Answer members' concerns about the website as well as respond to specific complaints.
- Manage forum interactions, edit, delete, move inappropriate posts.
- Handle content reports and provide prompt solutions to users.
- Back office operations, including moderation of shared pictures, classifieds, comments, guides, blogs and business subscriptions.
- Animate forum threads; topic suggestions, greet new members, share advices and guide them to the desired information.
- Training of new staff and work monitoring.
- Make suggestions on design and feature updates of the website.
- Manage the moderation team in the absence of the head of department.
