As part of the project team, deploy, configure and update the Intersec's product on customer's sites. For so, handle : -> Deployment : (using Git, Ansible) : create the configuration, validate it and deploy it -> Testing : test the configuration following detailled test books and create associated reports -> Phase 1 support : be available for any query from the team during the integration phase -> Documentation : create, review and validate the documentation for custommers and team members -> Training : prepare the training for the post-prod phase of the project (to the custommer and to the support team) -> Followup : followup any query and expectation from external partners (operators, public authorities, ministries, ...)
It also requires deep understanding of telecom structures and technologies (MMSC , Cell Broadcast, HLR, 3G/4G/5G, CAP protocol,...).
