Accountable for engines procurement Contracts (negotiation and administration) concerning Rolls-Royce for A330 engines.
Ensure an optimized management of the contracts in place.
Negotiate contract amendments and commercial agreements with the engine manufacturers in relation with Program, Engineering, supply chain, finance and legal.
Drafting of various acts (Amendment to the General Terms of Business, Letter agreement to the Purchase agreement, Commercial settlement, etc...).
Contract administration.
Operational support to Final Assembly Line and deliveries (On-time delivery, Damages occurring in FAL).
