I’am an Generalist HR Manager with a global and large view on all tasks related to HR management.
My working experience has given me a deep knowledge of tasks related to recruitment, onboarding – offboarding – talent management – litigation management – good understanding of local labour law – training – union management etc…Working in international and multinational company in mining sector give me capacity to manage expatriate employees and large workforce.
My legal background also help me to defend company’s interest in HR management. I have a strong capabilities to help companies in their openning phase.

.Contribute to the definition of HR strategies at the country and regional level to ensure the capacities and competencies needed in the short, mid, and long term (recruitment, remuneration, management, and learning development plans).
