  • • As we have a strong beliefs that museum is “A non-profit, permanent institution in the service of society and its development, open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits the tangible and intangible heritage of humanity and its environment for the purposes of education, study and enjoyment. 21st General Conference in Vienna, Austria, in 2007” we work to achieve this concepts, it was a guide to plane all activates and policy in the Manuscripts museum.
    so the scope of work is :
    • supervising a qualified team of curators and following up all the activities of the museum, public relation including ordinary, VIP visits and promotion policy.
    • participating in conference arrangements and temporary exhibitions.
    • Handling financial aspects related to the museum “tenders, offers purchasing new materials and negotiation with companies”.
    • built new connections with other museographic institutions.
    • Television interviews and programs .
    • Staff development programs and evaluation and planning of their training
    • Renovation and adding new extensions to the museum .
      • Working on the museum environmental monitoring policy and procedure and make sure the we working according the international standards and working on continues updating for it
      • Follow the maintenance policy for all the museum equipment and showcases .
      • Objects loan and rotation policy .
      • Initiate a training program for young people and other educational activities and workshops .
