Monitor the status of the register(s) of testing & measuring equipment and instruments, maintained by the Storekeepers, including the calibration status in order to ensure accurate and reliable readings.
Agreeing and establishing an exit strategy, with all department heads, at an early stage of a project, to ensure that all contract deliverables are achieved, within the target dates set for project handover and close-out.

Experiences

Joint as QHSE Auditor for ADNOC CIVIL PROJECTS (CPD) as THIRD PARTY INSPECTION CONSULTANT (TPI) to perform Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health & safety and Environment (HSE) Audits related to all Projects of Civil Projects Division in Abu Dhabi and Ruwais.
Responsibilities:
• Quality Management System Audits: The Audits shall assess CONTRACTOR's Project Quality Management System based on Construction Agreement, Project Quality Plan and ISO 9001(latest Edition).
• Project HSE Management System Audits: The Audits shall assess CONTRACTOR's Project HSE Management System based on Construction Agreement, Project HSE Plan and ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001 and UAE HSEMS Requirements.
• Technical Compliance Audits: The Audits shall assess CONTRACTOR's works, Project materials, equipment, Inspection and Test Reports based on Project Specifications, Project Quality Plan and approved Inspection & Test Plans covering all disciplines of the Project.

• Prepare the Audit Plan.
• Organize the audit team.
• Establish working documents, such as checklists, procedures, and forms.
• Notify to the organization to be audited.
• Consolidate the input with audit team members, finalize and issue the audit report.

Joined as QA/QC Manager and have recorded an exceptional growth rate. Leading a staff of 16 QA/QC Engineers, 32 QC Inspectors, 20 Project Engineers, 63site engineers and Supervisors, and a total of 2490 Forman, charge hands and skilled labours.
Responsibilities:
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily / monthly progress plans and schedule MEP work activities.
• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance (project quality plan, material submittals, work method statements and inspection test and plan , approved material inspection , work inspections on site and documents control).
• Liaising with main contractor and consultants to effect modifications in the layout of projects working area to optimize the production process of work activities.
• Appraising immediate superior of possible anomalies or of technical emergencies, taking immediate corrective measures if required.
• Submitting monthly report of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in work activities operations.

• Follow up all material submittals and compliance statements and get consultant approvals.
• Supervise installation progress and coordinate with suppliers for testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
• Review all documents and shop drawings for authorities’ approvals.
• Handing over all MEP systems to main contractor, consultant and client.
• Prepare all handing over documents and arrange maintenance and operation manuals of all MEP systems from suppliers

In charge of:-
Update a ride games in the all parks in Sharjah state.
• Maintenance of power and controls of the games, rides and parks machineries (pneumatic systems, compressors and hydraulics systems solenoid valves, hydraulic pumps) control panels and flashing lights for games decorations.
• Supervision of the contractors works for updating and maintains the ride games and all parks floodlighting poles, decoration lights and indoor and outdoor lights distribution panels and power networks
• Check all L.V panels, make all insulation tests necessary and power consumptions and replace faulty mcb’s, mcc’s etc...
• Prepare drawings and tenders documents needed for updates and new projects.
• Checking and testing all games and rides periodically to assure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
• Inspecting the firefighting equipment.
• Supervision of the annual safety check carried out by specialized contractors of all rides for all parks sharjah, kalba and khurffakan.
My duties also include the following:-
Supervision and maintenance of wastewater treatment Plant equipment and Pumps, electrical panels (MSB, SMDB, MCP and MCC), Control panels (plc.’s, scada systems and system process measurement and monitoring devices).
Installing, testing and commissioning of traffic signals control system and repairing and programming of the system. (MQ, M32, MR, C800sereis).
Junction traffic controller maintenance for the ST800 (M609 SI3).
IC4 configuration.
Installations and maintenances of gate barriers controlled remotely or automatically by use of loop sensor.
Repairing, maintaining and programming of traffic radars.
Instruct trainee students of Universities and collage.
